Overview:
Drawn from the long-running television series, the movie features Ford as Dr. Richard Kimble, who goes on a frantic search for the man who killed his wife (the one-armed man) after he's been falsely jailed for the crime, and manages to escape. Jones is tougher than old leather as the U.S. Marshall who hunts Ford down. Furiously fast-paced, superbly acted and utterly believable.
Jones won a supporting actor Oscar. Nominated for best picture. Followed by a poor 1997 sequel, U.S. Marshals.
